Privacy Policy
P.P. & Co Alfa Ballet Works (the “Operator”), the company operating P.P. & Co Alfa Ballet Works, is committed to adhering to laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information provided by Members (individuals who have entered into a membership agreement with the Operator), including names, addresses, phone numbers, and other personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”). The Operator ensures that Personal Information is managed appropriately and takes measures to protect the privacy of Members.
For the purposes of this policy, “Facilities” refers to the equipment and facilities provided by the Operator for strength training and other exercises, as well as dance school programs and other exercise programs conducted by the Operator or a third party designated by the Operator.
1. Collection of Personal Information
The Operator will collect Personal Information through proper and legitimate means, without any falsification or improper conduct.
2. Use of Personal Information
The Operator will use Personal Information within the scope of the following purposes and the purposes specified at the time of collection:
- To respond to inquiries and contact Members.
- To promote services of the Operator through phone calls, emails, mail, etc.
- To conduct research and evaluations aimed at developing and improving services.
- To create statistical data regarding services.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Operator may transfer collected Personal Information to third parties such as affiliates for the purposes of service development and improvement.
When outsourcing the handling of Personal Information, the Operator will conduct a strict investigation of the third party and supervise them to ensure confidentiality.
4. Restrictions on Use and Provision
Except in cases of legal requests for disclosure or other special circumstances, the Operator will not use the Personal Information for any purpose other than the purposes for which it was collected, nor will it provide it to third parties.
However, statistical data regarding website access and user demographics may be disclosed.
5. Management of Personal Information
The Operator will make efforts to maintain the accuracy of Personal Information and manage it securely. The Operator will implement appropriate security measures to prevent loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of Personal Information, including measures against unauthorized access and computer viruses.
Except as required by law or regulations, the Operator will not transfer Personal Information outside the company or disclose it in any way that could lead to leakage.
6. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
The Operator acknowledges that Members have the right to request the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their Personal Information. The Operator will respond promptly and without objection to such requests.
However, if the identity of the Member cannot be confirmed, the request will not be processed.
7. Security of Personal Information
The Operator takes reasonable and strict security measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage. However, the Operator will not be held responsible for the loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of Personal Information due to factors beyond its control, such as:
- Disclosure of Personal Information on the internet in a manner that anyone can access.
- Disclosure of Personal Information on websites other than those operated by the Operator.
- Leakage of Personal Information due to improper management of passwords or the device used by the Member.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The contents of this Privacy Policy may be changed without prior notice to Members. Unless otherwise specified by the Operator, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect upon being posted on the Operator’s website.
