Participation Conditions
Article 1 (Payment of Fees)
- The course fee must be paid in advance, following the payment method provided by the Operator before the lesson begins.
- The payment method is generally by credit card as instructed by the Operator.
- If you wish to use a payment method other than a credit card, an exception may be granted only if the Operator deems it reasonable. In such cases, you must contact the Operator in advance to explain the reason.
Article 2 (Class Cancellations)
- Classes are generally canceled during the 5th week of each month. Any exceptions will be communicated by the Operator.
- Other holidays, including the year-end and New Year break, will be announced in advance.
- It is the Member’s responsibility to regularly check for notifications regarding class cancellations. The Operator is not responsible for missed announcements.
Article 3 (Absences)
- Fees are non-refundable for any absences. There is no provision for make-up lessons.
Article 4 (Attire and Hair)
- Members must wear the attire specified by the Operator (instructors or staff) during lessons.
- Hair must be styled in a bun so that the neck is visible.
Article 5 (Leave of Absence)
- If you plan to take a leave of absence for one month or more, you must inform the Operator (instructor or staff) by the 10th of the month before the leave starts.
- Leave of absence for reasons other than bereavement, examinations, hospitalization, or significant injury shall not be granted as a general rule. Furthermore, in the case of injury or illness, we may request the submission of a medical certificate depending on the circumstances. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
- If you do not contact the Operator within the specified time, your leave of absence may not be approved.
- You must continue to pay the leave fee as specified by the Operator during the leave.
Article 6 (Withdrawal)
- If you wish to withdraw, you must notify the Operator (instructor or staff) by the 10th of the month before the desired withdrawal date.
- If you are absent for more than six months without notice, you will automatically be withdrawn. In this case, you are responsible for paying all fees until the withdrawal is processed.
Article 7 (Participation in Recitals and Concerts)
- Members enrolled in the ballet program are generally expected to participate in recitals and concerts.
- If you cannot participate due to unavoidable circumstances, please inform the Operator (instructor or staff) as soon as the issue arises. It is preferred that you notify the Operator before the role assignments are made.
- If you wish to withdraw after roles have been assigned, you will be required to pay the full participation fee, excluding costume costs. This fee will not be refunded, even if you do not participate.

Article 8 (Member Responsibility)
- Members should not use the facilities if they are unwell.
- Members are responsible for managing their personal belongings. The Operator is not responsible for any loss or damage, whether in the studio or during recitals.
- If you lose or damage rental items, you will be required to pay the reasonable cost as determined by the Operator.
- If you leave trash or engage in disruptive behavior, the Operator may revoke your membership.
Article 9 (Prohibited Activities)
- Members must understand and act according to the prohibited activities listed in Article 9 of the Terms of Use.
- Religious or political activities, advertising, solicitation, sales, or any profit-driven activities or media-related activities are prohibited within the facility.
- If the Operator determines there is excessive interference, they may request the Member (or their guardian) to withdraw. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any fees already paid.
Article 10 (Personal Contact and Gift Giving)
- Personal communication between members and instructors or guest instructors (including guardians) is generally prohibited. All necessary communication should be made using the methods specified by the Operator (e.g., the Member’s page).
- If you wish to give money, gifts, or any other form of benefit to an instructor or guest instructor, you must contact the Operator in advance and obtain permission.
- Unauthorized contact or gifts may result in the Operator investigating the situation. If deemed inappropriate, the Member may receive a formal warning or have their membership revoked.
- The Operator is not responsible for any disputes arising from unauthorized communication or gift-giving between Members and instructors.
Article 11 (Competitions and Study Abroad Arrangements)
- If you wish to participate in a competition or study abroad program, you must follow these steps:
(1) Notify the Operator (instructor or staff) in advance about the competition or study abroad details.
(2) Coordinate with the Operator to prepare plans, including an escort if needed.
(3) Submit a final report regarding the competition or study abroad to the Operator.
2. If you proceed without following the procedure above, the Operator may take the following actions:
(1) Prohibit submission of the instructor’s name or the school name.
(2) Refuse to provide rehearsal guidance.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a warning and, if necessary, termination of membership.
Article 12 (Changes to Terms and Participation Conditions)
- The Operator may modify these Terms and Participation Conditions as necessary within the scope of the facility’s purpose. The changes will be communicated to members in advance through the website or other appropriate means.
- The updated Terms and Participation Conditions will take effect from the announced date.
